COLORs CREATION所属クリエイター Ouchhhが、ドバイエミレーツタワーにおいてドバイ政府機関のムハンマド・ビン・ラシードセンターによる最先端技術を展示するパビリオン「エッジ・オブ・ガバメント」と協働し、世界初のAIによるNASA天文研究データ彫刻パブリックアート DATAGATEのインタラクティブな没入体験版を制作しました。
One of COLORs CREATION’s creator, Ouchhh collaborated with Edge of Government by the Mohammed bin Rashid Center for Government Innovation in the Emirates Tower, DUBAI. Ouchhh created an interactive immersive experience version of DATAGATE_World’s First AI NASA Astronomical Research Data Sculpture Public Art.

このインスタレーションは、「形」「光」「空間」の3つのパートで構成されています。「光」は、NASAのケプラーデータセットによる宇宙発見と天文研究という点において機械学習を活用するというアイデアに基づく世界初の作品です。NASAのケプラーデータを利用することで、人類が存在しうる太陽系外惑星を観測することができます。Ouchhhはこのコンセプトをさらに一歩進め、この作品が我々の惑星と宇宙の他の居住可能な惑星との間のゲートとして考えられることを目指します。 Ouchhhは、これらのニューラルネットワークの結果を視覚化して利用し、フラックスの調光を使用して太陽系外惑星を識別しています。その結果生まれた作品は、没入型のデータスカルプチャーを通して、来場者を魅力的な宇宙発見の世界へといざないます。このインスタレーションは、詩的な感覚をもたらし、人類の瞑想的な好奇心と深い探究心のモニュメントとなることを意図しています。
KEPLER: 9.6 Years in Space_2662 Planets confirmed_61 Supernovae Documented_530,506 Stars observed
The installation consists of 3 parts; Form, Light, and Space. Light is the world’s first artwork based upon the idea of utilization of Machine Learning in the context of space discovery and astronomical research through NASA’s Kepler Data Sets. By using the Kepler data from NASA, the public is able to observe the exoplanets [planets that orbit around other stars] in which human life can exist in. By taking this concept one step further, Ouchhh aims for this artwork to be considered as a gate between our planet and other habitable planets around the universe. Ouchhh is visualizing and utilizing the findings of these Neural Networks to identify exoplanets using the dimming of the flux. The resulting work invites visitors to plunge into the fascinating world of space discovery through immersive data sculpture. The installation offers a poetic sensory experience and is meant to become a monument of mankind’s contemplative curiosity and profound need for exploration.
