COLORs CREATION所属のDavy & Kristin McGuireが2021年のロンドン国際マイムフェスティバルで発表した作品が話題を呼んでいます。今回新たに発表したのは、ポールダンスとプロジェクションマッピングを組み合わせた短編映画で、その独創性に驚きの声が上がっています。

「中でもピカ一なのが、Kristin & Davy McGuire のVertigo である。ガーゼへのデジタル投影を採用することで、Kristinによる官能的なポールダンスを、時間と空間を移動する、優雅さと孤独に満ちた人間のイメージに変換させている。芸術的才能と高い技術の精度を伴い、光の変化するマトリックスは、美しいアニュスデイ (平和の賛歌)の音に動きに合わせ、絡み合い巻き込み、目を奪う。何時間 でも繰り返し飽きることなく見ていられる。」

Davy & Kristin McGuire who are part of COLORs CREATION has amazed the public with their new short film, a project with the combination of pole dancing and projection mapping commissioned for the 2021 London International Mime Festival.
The review on the Telegraph newspaper said this:
“Best of the bunch, though, is Kristin and Davy McGuire’s Vertigo, which uses digital projections onto gauze to transform a sensuous pole-dance by the former into an image of humanity – in its grace and loneliness – moving through time and space. With artistry and technical precision, a shifting matrix of light accompanies, entwines and engulfs the movement to the sound of a heavenly Agnus Dei. Stunning. I could watch it on a loop for hours.”
